Realizujemy wszystkie rodzaje dostaw na terenie całego świata, zgodnie z międzynarodowymi regułami handlowymi Incoterms.
Siedziba firmy ELETOR mieści się w Polsce, wobec czego zobligowani jesteśmy do przestrzegania legislacji prawnej i fiskalnej dla tego kraju oraz Unii Europejskiej.
Poza odrębnymi umowami handlowymi, bazową walutą rozliczeniową dla transakcji handlowych jest PLN. W sklepach internetowych pod adresami www.eletor.pl i www.eletor.com umożliwiono przełączenie waluty PLN na EUR lub USD, jednak są to jedynie opcje do poglądowego oszacowania ceny w innych walutach i nie stanowią one ostatecznej oferty cenowej towaru.
Ceny prezentowane w sklepach www.eletor.pl i www.eletor.com podawane są w dwóch wartościach: netto (bez podatku od wartości dodanej, tzw. VAT) oraz brutto (z podatkiem od wartości dodanej, tzw. VAT). Ostateczna cena jednostkowa towaru jest uzależniona od rodzaju transakcji handlowej (dostawa krajowa, wewnątrzwspólnotowa dostawa, OSS czy też eksport) oraz ilością zamawianego towaru.
Wobec tego, podczas składania zamówienia, prosimy o dokładne wypełnienie formularza zamówienia, abyśmy mogli prawidłowo zakwalifikować transakcję oraz wycenić dostawę.
Dopuszczamy również, po spełnieniu indywidualnych warunków celno-skarbowych, odbiór towaru własnym transportem kupującego.
Po dokonaniu zamówienia, pracownicy naszego działu handlowego, przygotują dla Państwa indywidualną ofertę handlową. Po zatwierdzeniu oferty handlowej oraz wyboru formy płatności, wystawimy fakturą proformę, którą należy w 100% opłacić przed wysyłką zamówienia. Brak zatwierdzenia oferty jest równoznaczny z anulowaniem zamówienia.

We carry out all types of deliveries all over the world in accordance with the international Incoterms trade rules.
The headquarters of the ELETOR company is located in Poland, therefore we are obliged to comply with the legal and fiscal legislation for this country and the European Union.
In addition to separate trade agreements, the basic settlement currency for trade transactions is PLN. In online stores at www.eletor.pl and www.eletor.com, it is possible to switch from PLN to EUR or USD, however, these are only options for an illustrative price estimation in other currencies and they do not constitute the final price offer of the goods.
The prices presented in the www.eletor.pl and www.eletor.com stores are given in two values: net (without value added tax, so called VAT) and gross (with value added tax, so called VAT). The final unit price of the goods depends on the type of commercial transaction (domestic delivery, intra-community delivery, OSS or export) and the quantity of the ordered goods.
Therefore, when placing your order, please complete the order form carefully so that we can correctly qualify the transaction and quote the delivery.
We also allow the goods to be picked up by the buyer’s own transport, subject to individual customs and tax conditions.
After placing the order, the employees of our sales department will prepare an individual commercial offer for you. After approving the commercial offer and choosing the payment method, we will issue a pro-forma invoice, which must be paid in 100% before the order is shipped. Failure to approve the offer is tantamount to canceling the order.
